This course enables students to deepen their understanding of chemistry through the study of organic chemistry, energy changes and rates of reaction, chemical systems and equilibrium, electrochemistry, and atomic and molecular structure. This course develops students’ understanding of the basic concepts of physics. The course will also help students refine skills used in researching and investigating topics in philosophy.

- Para acomodar los horarios ocupados de los estudiantes, ofrecemos múltiples fechas de clases durante la tarde, noche y fines de semana.
¿Cuántos cursos puede tomar un estudiante?
- Los estudiantes que se unan a Discovery Academy como estudiantes de medio tiempo mientras asisten a una escuela pública o privada diferente a tiempo completo pueden tomar hasta 2 créditos por semestre.
- Los estudiantes también pueden tomar de 3 a 5 cursos si asisten a Discovery Academy a tiempo completo. En este caso, el estudiante será considerado de tiempo completo y solicitaremos el OSR (Registro Estudiantil de Ontario) del estudiante.
- Durante el verano, los estudiantes pueden tomar solo 2 créditos, uno por mes.
